Ingredients:

  1. 60m Kuruvai Rice Flour - 2 cups

  2. Grated coconut - 1 cup

  3. Water - 2 cups

  4. Salt - as per requirement

Preparation Method:

* Add salt & grated coconut in the water * Boil the same for 3-4 mins * Add 60m rice flour, stir nicely & set aside after 3-4 mins. * Now it'll have the texture of a roti dough. You can prepare roti or parantha & fry it in Tawa...😋😋 Note: Try stuffing of your​ choice - potato masala, Channa, masala sprouts, nuts & Jaggery, sweet corn, paneer, veggies etc.., it'll be awesum....
