In order to use the www.jeevanstore.in website belonging to Jeevan Enterprises, you (The User) have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. Jevan Enterprises reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

 

You (The User) are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use the www.jeevanstore.in website of Jeevan Enterprises.

 

1. We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be accurate.

 

2. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 

3. Jeevan Enterprises will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on www.jeevanstore.in. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.

 

4. Jeevan Enterprises will not take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, as the Order will be shipped to your city, where we used "Private Courier Companies" (eg. Blue Dart, First Flight,Pafex, DHL etc.) to ship your order.

 

5. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Jeevan Enterprises

 

6. Request for cancellations of orders placed on www.jeevanstore.in shall not be entertained if the request is received after we ship the products.

 

7. Jeevan Enterprises reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

 

8. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Jeevan Enterprises for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

 

9. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Jeevan Enterprises reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Jeevan Enterprises has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of www.jeevanstore.in without prior intimation whatsoever.

 

10. Jeevan Enterprises will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

 

11. Jeevan Enterprises shall not entertain any complaints after 15 days, once the order is delivered.

 

12. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

 

 

 

 

Domestic Shipping:

 

WE OFFER SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

 

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

 

For shipments delivered outside DELHI, the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

 

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.

 

International Shipping:

 

International shipping charges are not mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

 

For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

 

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.

Cancellation of Order by User - Normally we do not charge for cancellations before we ship the products. However, a minimum amount might be charged on certain scenarios.

 

Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with us by sending an email or calling us giving your Order Number.

 

General Scenario - In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. Jeevanstore.in has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Jeevanstore.in and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

 

In case of Gift CertificateGift Certificate will not be canceled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.
