You can surf, add products to the cart, checkout and place orders without registration.
What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on jeevanstore.in using the following modes of payment:
a. Bank Account Transfer (IDBI A/c 1621102000004060 | IFSC IBKL0001621 | Coimbatore - Raja Street Branch)
b. Credit and debit cards via Instamojo link sent by us
c. Credit and debit cards via PayUMoney link sent by us
Just go ahead and place the order, you can choose the payment methods after we send you the final bill amount with shipping and any other charges.
How much are the delivery charges?
Shipping fees are shared as provided by the agent. We try our best to find the cheapest services available in the market for your area. We do not charge even a sigle paise more than that.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order for delivery.
How do I add or remove products or cancel the order after placing my order?
Just give us a call / email us at jeevanstore.in@gmail.com (within 6 hours from the time you placed the order) and specify your order code to make any modifications to the order.
How do I check the current status of my order?
Once we ship the products, we will share the tracking number provided by the courier company. You can always use that in the courier company's website to track the order.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired)?
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, we will replace the item at no extra cost only on the below cases,

Any manufacturing defect found
Wrong item delivered to you
